Senator Pearce, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 53 "An Act                        
annulling changes made by certain regulations adopted by the                   
Department of Health and Social Services relating to funding of                
abortion services under the general relief medical program; and

providing for an effective date" for the Finance Committee meeting             
on February 26.                                                                
                                                                               
Senator Leman objected, then withdrew his objection.  There being              
no further objection, it was so ordered.
